At Sadie Rose, we want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Sadie Rose packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
